2. Information we collect

When you apply, we receive your name (and its reading), email address, phone number, number of tickets or participants, attendance format (in person or online), and any other details you enter in the form. For workshops and lessons, we may also ask about your instrumental or teaching experience.

3. How we use it

We use your personal information only for the following purposes:

  • Arranging tickets or places and confirming your application
  • Check-in on the day of the event

  • Responding to your inquiries
  • Sending information about future concerts and workshops (only if you opted in when applying)

We do not use your information beyond these purposes.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

5. How we manage it

Application data is managed on cloud services provided by Google LLC (such as Google Sheets). Access is limited to our representative and the minimum number of people needed to run the event, and accounts are protected with two-step verification.

Where a paid application is made through a payment service such as Square, card details are handled directly by the payment provider; we never receive or store card numbers.

6. Handling outside Japan

Data on the cloud services above may be stored on servers outside Japan (such as in the United States). Our representative lives in the Republic of South Africa and manages the information from there. South Africa has a data protection law, the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We handle your information with security measures based on Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

7. Retention

If you opted in to future announcements, we keep your information until you ask us to stop. Otherwise, we delete it within six months after the event, except for records that must be kept for accounting purposes.

8. Unsubscribing

You can stop receiving announcements at any time by following the instructions in each email or by contacting info@trumpet-adventure.com.

9. Applicants under 18

Minors should apply with the consent of a parent or guardian.

10. Access, correction and deletion

To request access to, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information, please contact info@trumpet-adventure.com. After verifying your identity, we will respond promptly in accordance with applicable law.
